Behavioral science meets real-world leadership.
Led by Dr. Krista S. Geller, GellerAC4P combines decades of research with boots-on-the-ground experience to help organizations build safer, more connected, and more accountable cultures.
At GellerAC4P, we believe culture change starts with people - and that when people feel cared for, they care more.
Founded on the Actively Caring for People (AC4P™) principles developed by Dr. E. Scott Geller at Virginia Tech, our work is now carried forward by his daughter, Dr. Krista S. Geller, and longtime collaborator and community leader Bobby Kipper.
Together, our team blends behavioral science, safety leadership, and decades of experience across industries and institutions to help organizations create lasting change - on the jobsite, in the boardroom, and beyond.
Dr. Krista S. Geller - President, GellerAC4P
Krista S. Geller, Ph.D., has spent her life immersed in behavioral science - first as a subject in her father’s lab, and later as a respected expert in her own right. She holds a Master’s and Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, has taught at multiple universities, and currently serves as a Safety Director at Kiewit.
Krista partners with organizations to evaluate safety culture, lead executive training, and deliver keynote presentations that move people to act with purpose and care. Her work turns evidence-based theory into practical tools for communication, leadership, and accountability.
"My goal is to help teams take ownership of their culture - where psychological safety, empathy, and actively caring become second nature."
Bobby Kipper - Executive Director, AC4P™
Bobby Kipper brings 40+ years of leadership experience in public service, law enforcement, and organizational development. As Executive Director of AC4P™ and founder of The Kipper Group, Bobby specializes in applying the AC4P™ philosophy to community safety, policing, and leadership systems.
Dr. Scott Geller - Founder, AC4P™ Movement
As one of the most cited behavior analysts in the world, Dr. Scott Geller pioneered the concept of Actively Caring for People during his 50+ year tenure at Virginia Tech. His TEDx Talk, The Psychology of Self-Motivation, has inspired over 12 million viewers, and his legacy remains the foundation of our work today.
While Scott is now retired from active consulting, his research continues to shape the principles we use in every AC4P™ project.
